Four Quarters. One Life. One Legacy.
4Q | 1 Life is the life framework that ties our programs together — from Locker Room to Legacy™ to Classroom to Championship™. It gives student-athletes, families, and mentors a simple way to talk about seasons of life: Foundation, Development, Prime, and Legacy.
Instead of treating sports as the finish line, 4Q invites athletes to see every quarter as preparation for the next — building faith, discipline, leadership, and purpose that lasts long after the game clock hits zero.
A Simple Way to Talk About Seasons of Life
Each quarter represents a season that shows up in sports and life — from early foundations and growth, to prime years of influence, to the legacy you leave for those coming behind you.
- Know who you are in Christ, not just as an athlete.
- Core values, non-negotiables, and habits.
- Healthy routines in school, sport, and at home.
- Mindset, study blocks, and time stewardship.
- Coachability, communication, and listening.
- NIL literacy and social media awareness.
- Practice and game leadership, on and off the field.
- Using your platform to serve, not just be seen.
- Making decisions that honor your faith and family.
- How you leave a program matters more than how you enter.
- Investing in younger teammates and siblings.
- Carrying lessons into marriage, work, and calling.
How 4Q Shows Up in Real Life
4Q gives a shared language for conversations between athletes, parents, coaches, and mentors. It works in a team talk, a small group, or a one-on-one car ride after a tough game.
Parents and guardians can use the 4Q language to talk honestly about expectations, pressure, social media, and future decisions — without every conversation turning into a lecture.
- “This feels like a Q1 conversation — what foundation are we laying?”
- “You’re in a Q2 season — what’s God growing in you right now?”
- “You’re stepping into Q3 — who are you leading?”
Coaches, chaplains, and ministry leaders can drop 4Q phrases into warmups, film sessions, and chapels to connect faith, character, and competition.
- Theme nights built around each quarter.
- Captains and leaders mapping where their team is this season.
- Chapels and devotionals that connect Scripture to real decisions.
How 4Q Powers Our Programs
Locker Room to Legacy (LTL) focuses on helping student-athletes and families walk through the high school and college years with clarity — identity, discipline, NIL readiness, and purpose.
Classroom to Championship (CTC) focuses on students, teachers, and families who want to build habits that transfer from the classroom to competition, and from the school year to the rest of life.
Together, 4Q gives direction for every season of life — from foundation to legacy.
